These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by CGX MEDIA SRL, doing business as AI Clip Builder ("we," "us," "our," or "Company").

By accessing our website, submitting an application, enrolling in our program, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

The AI Clip Builder program ("Program") is an educational and coaching program that includes pre-recorded course modules, live coaching calls, written SOPs, community access (via Discord), and infrastructure training designed to help students launch and scale a clipping agency. Access to certain elements of the Program is provided through third-party software platforms, including Wix and Base44. Continued access to those platforms requires that you maintain an active subscription with the platform directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.

4. Enrollment, Payment, and Subscriptions

Enrollment in our core program is provided at no direct cost to you. However, you are responsible for any third-party subscription fees, including but not limited to your Wix and Base44 subscriptions, which you pay directly to those providers. Any premium upsells (such as Module 3: The Agency Builder) are billed separately and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.

5. User Conduct & Community Rules

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any part of our Program materials, including course videos, SOPs, or coaching call recordings.

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Harass, threaten, spam, or abuse other students, coaches, or staff within our Discord community or on any other platform.

• Promote competing services or poach clients/team members from within the community.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Program and the Discord community without warning.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Program — including course videos, written materials, SOPs, branding, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of CGX MEDIA SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. No Income or Earnings Guarantee

Results from using our Program vary, and the case studies, testimonials, and student wins we feature on our website are not typical or guaranteed. Building and operating an agency requires significant effort, time, and skill, and we make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific level of revenue, clients, or success. Your results depend on your own work, market conditions, and many other factors beyond our control.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
